British Property Federation
We are active members of the BPF, a leading membership organisation/lobbyist for UK real estate. We also sit on their BPF Build to Rent Sub Committee working to affect change for the Private Rented Sector.
UK Apartment Association
UKAA is one of the chief membership bodies for those involved in the growing Build to Rent and residential rental sector in the UK. In addition we also sit upon the UKAA Research & Policy Committee and UKAA Members Committee.
Urban Land Insitute
We are full members of the ULI, a non-profit research and education organisation supported by 40,000 members worldwide, representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines in the industry.
It is a legal requirement for landlords and letting agents to protect their tenants’ deposits with a government scheme such as My Deposits.
Property Redress Scheme
Property agents are required to join a government authorised consumer redress scheme, to give consumers of the property agent an escalated complaints procedure if they are unhappy with how their complaint has been dealt with.
The Property Ombudsman
We are an accredited member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme; a free, impartial and independent service for the resolution of unresolved disputes between consumers and property agents.
